Amanda is great! She helped us develop Willie’s on leash and in house behaviour as puppy. She is super positive and a very relatable individual. What sticks out for me is the fact that she was eager to adapt her training methods to our lifestyle and goals. We mentioned that we were planning to train Willie for hunting down the road and she took it upon herself to go through one of my retriever training books to make sure she wouldn’t contradict anything we may be doing later on. What do you love most about your job?
Aside from working with the dogs, I really enjoy seeing the confidence build in owners.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I kept asking myself, "if I could do anything at all, what would it be?". The answer always included dogs. I also enjoyed doing a lot of training and presenting in my old career. I realized I could combine the two passions and found a great mentorship program!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Class sizes were always small to allow for more individual attention but it also provides plenty of space to spread out. Masks are required when group training is inside.

Classes are small and the welcome gifts are plentiful! All group classes are offered at Paw Prints Doggy Daycare in Bedford.
