Allan is the BEST bar none. We took a family photos this Dec 2023. All my family is very happy with the result. Allan knows what he is doing as a professional photographer and I love how he communicates with you and be available for you. Based on his portfolio and quote he hired him. Very clear contract but unfortunately he did not follow through. We specifically asked that we wanted a video of our vows, instead we got a slide show or power point. For the video we sent him our wedding song 3 times and yet he put the wrong one and when we said it wasn't the song we want he never fixed it. Contract said 6 to 8 weeks that we will have our pictures and it took him 5 months and that was only because I was constantly emailing him. Then he promised to make it up to us he will send us a blown up picture of our favorite picture and a photo album... never received it. Very unreliable and not trust worthy. We didn't even receive all the pictures that we took with family and others. Then I asked for some sort of reimbursement due to all of this and just disappeared. Do not hire. More...

We hired Allan because of his great portfolio. Unfortunately he fell short with our wedding photos. They were very generic. Never show up in jeans and t-shirt to a wedding. The photos came to ys quick, maybe a little too quick as the generic quality. The communication before during and after was poor. Some people have their sunglasses on during photos, there is not one photo of the entire family (both sides) and one of the brides maids was excluded alot. It took extensive time to receive oue slideshow which was also sent to us under the wrong name. He was hired for 2.5 hours, the half was free, unfortunately he was in a rush and kept looking at his watch and left after 2 hours. I'm going to chalk this up to lack of experience. Allan took the most wonderful photographs of my wedding day in Toronto. He made excellent suggestions for posed shots and took a number of ad-hoc photos of guests and my groom and me as well. He was professional, timely and did a teriffic job. I would highly recommend him. More...
