1 year Warranty:
Covers replacement cost on any material or labour required due to defects or improper installation
2 year Warranty:
Protects against water penetration through the basement or foundation walls;
Covers defects in work or materials in the electrical, plumbing and heating delivery and distribution systems;
Covers defects in work or materials that result in the detachment, displacement or deterioration of exterior cladding (such as brickwork, aluminum or vinyl siding);
7 Year Warranty
Any defect in work or materials in respect of a building, including a crack, distortion or displacement of a structural load-bearing element of the building.

Our Services can be completely remote and online through our proprietary Client Control™ process. Through this portal you will know exactly what is happening, every day, review work at every stage of construction before proceeding. We will be able to Identify changes and/or disruptions and bring solutions to the table as well as communicate clearly on budget, schedule and scope changes. If required, all in person meeting can be held through virtual meets, with the exception of trades and suppliers on site to physically complete the work and installation.
