So many good things. The quote was accurate, easy to understand, and no surprises. I had some questions because I'm not an expert (that's why I wanted to hire one). My questions were clearly answered by people who seemed to really knew what they were talking about and clearly enjoy what they do. The adjusted quote was fair and the appointment was clearly stated. They came on the agreed day and things went according to plan. I even added an item on when the showed up, to which they explained the pros and cons and also talked me out of doing something dumb that a competitor was trying to talk me into - not because they didn't want to but because it didn't help my situation. I have no doubt that if I really wanted them to cut down this specific tree, they would have. The crew was awesome: knowledgeable, courteous, clean, helpful and completely justified the price. Speaking of price - the price was pretty reasonable. I think a crew of 6 showed up and stormed my yard after discussion with the crew leader. They were done in about 3 hours....18 labor hours + materials & equipment... what would you expect to pay? I feel like that's what I paid. I don't have a money tree so of course it was a stretch to pay someone to play with my trees but the service was definitely commensurate with the amount I paid. These people aren't yard guys with clippers - they are true professionals that know what they are talking about when it comes to trees and take pride in what they do. That or they are extremely good at faking it, which I sincerely doubt. As expected with type of project, the final product has yet to show because it's still early spring and things are just starting to bud but I'm confident that this group did a great job and I would definitely recommend. We are so pleased with the work completed, and even more, the incredibly supportive customer service we received from Matt. The work was necessitated by a neighbor complaint, and Matt went above and beyond to help expedite the process, and ensure they were comfortable and happy with the results, while also protecting the tree (a beautiful old Ponderosa Pine) from damage by excess cutting. The crews from Adair have looked after my trees and shrubs for years. I like that they are very professional, always consider the health of the tree/shrub before making any cuts and do a thorough clean-up. I totally trust their judgement. This year I had to reschedule my winter pruning because there was so much snow in the yard that the shrubs were buried! That was not a problem. A pleasure to deal with! More...

We really look forward to visits by Adair Tree Care (Matt and his crews) - it's like a spa for us as well as our trees. Matt has been coming every few years for some time now. We learn more about tree care and have longer term options for our yard through their services. Dead material is removed so we (and our trees) enjoy more light.
