Q&As

I love getting an individual back to their everyday life. Pain/injury can greatly affect a persons ability to do everyday tasks and do the things they love most, whether that be a sport or any other hobby.
I believe integrating exercise/movement into rehabilitation is the best way to get a person back to their norm. It helps to instill confidence, strength and a number of health benefits.

I want every individual to reach their goals and get back to what they love doing.

Having the knowledge and understanding of anatomy, exercise progression/sport specific exercise, biomechanics and rehabilitation, I strive to give my athletes/individuals the pieces they need to heal, progress and come out of an injury more confident and stronger than before.

Combining the knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic exercise and sport specific activity I aim to make each rehabilitation plan specific to that athlete/individual.
