Adam gave us a reasonable quote for pruning, tree and stump removal, but his work didn’t turn out as he promised. First time we met Adam, he said our work could start in the same week. That wasn’t the case after the quote was confirmed. It was 7 weeks after when most of the work was done. Worse of all, Adam didn’t finish his work. He missed out grounding a stump and still need to prune some dead branches off a tree. We made a huge mistake trusting him and paid in full when he said he will come back to finish them. We have not heard from him since then.

It’s a terrible and unfortunate experience for us. We shouldn’t have trusted him and didn’t expect this company with many reviews posted here would turn out to be a nightmare. More...
