From the first contact with Brad, throughout our entire project, we found all services were handled in a very timely, professional manner. We had a tile floor installed with Nuheat heating pads under it. This involved a carpenter, Flo to install subfloor and redo a small area of hardwood to fit transition to tile, an electrician, Dennis to retrofit wiring and connect heating pads, a tile layer, Chris, to lay the tile floor and tile baseboard, and Lucy to finish off the grout. All of the trades people were very friendly, and did an excellent job. Sherry advised us of the schedule, which was very prompt and everyone came at exactly their scheduled time. We hired Above & Beyond Home Concepts to install carpet in our house earlier this year. From the very first phone call we made to them and throughout the duration of the job we received excellent and prompt service.
The crew that installed the carpet was very courteous and did an amazing job - we are thrilled with how it looks! As the level of customer service was so high, the quality of the work done was terrific and the price was unbeatable we definitely recommend Above & Beyond Home Concepts!
