After going out for several bids for the replacement of the two levels of flat roof of our house in the ******** area, we decided to go with Abbot Roofing (********), based largely on the outstanding job they had done with some smaller repair jobs over the past couple of years. We are delighted with our choice. In preparation for the job, owner ****** made MANY site visits to ensure the proper scope of work, and explain the options. The final price was VERY competitive, and the work was carried out efficiently and within the time frame we expected. Their site clean-up was excellent. The resulting roof gives us great peace of mind. Even more impressively, we contacted ****** a few days ago about adding a few features to the roof to improve drainage, and he immediately came by to carry out the additions, and refused to invoice us for this significant addition. From the estimate done via a ****************, detailed explanation of cost and warranty, everything was great. ***** was really forward with information and kept me informed of development. The installation team was great. worked hard and provided me with update on a day to day basis. They cleaned the site everyday and did a thorough search on the last day. ****** and his team replaced my roof in August of 2015. I emailed him with a concern I had at around 9 pm on Dec 14th, 2016 and within 1 hour, I received an email back with followup questions to my concern. He assured me there would be someone at my house the following day, he called me in the morning to follow up with my concern, and set up the appointment. He assured me if his team could not solve / address the issue, he would be at my place to personally to address it. I received a call from one of the guys on his team within the hour after speaking with ****** in the morning. We set up the appointment for that day. The inspection was timely, efficient, and addressed our concern. It was determined the roof was not the issue. We were incredibly pleased with the service at the time of the installation and even more impressed with the followup by ****** and his team to address our concern!
