4CJ Carpet cleaning arrived when they said they would. There was a problem with the truck sent out and they immediately sent somebody else out. They did approximately 2000 ft.² and about 60 steps for an excellent price. The technician was polite and friendly and there was no mess to clean up. I just had my Carpet cleaning today even the weather is -10deg. The owner of the company is very accommodating to fit me in their busy schedule. It was an amazing experience with how they clean my very dirty carpets. For all the previous companies I used before, This is just the first time I saw that they used a scrubber machine to deal the very heavy soiled traffic areas before the Steam cleaning with their Truck Mounted Machine. I was completely blown away the moment I saw the dirty part and the clean part of the carpet. Today I had Nino come in and so my carpets, he told me upfront some of the stains may not come out but he would do his best, after the job was complete, he had gotta pretty much all the stains out the one he wasnt able to get out was still not very noticeable. Nino came to our home yesterday and did our upstairs bonus room, stairs and landing. Communication was great with texts and emails for the appointment. He called to ask if he could come early, which actually worked out better for us. Very professional job, and we are pleased with the carpet cleaning service. Cid came by and cleaned the carpets in our entire home last week, and I don't know why we didn't have it done sooner! He arrived on time, wore the little booties to protect the floors while he was setting up, and did an amazing (and relatively quick) job! Our carpets now look and smell like new again- and they have never been cleaned before in the eight years since our home was built! The spot treatments he did before the total clean were 100% effective, and all stains and marks have been removed!
