I hired this fencing company to install a fence in my backyard, and while I was generally happy with their work, I was disappointed with the final price. The team was professional and efficient, and the fence itself looks great and appears to be high quality. When it came time to pay, the total cost was higher than what I had originally budgeted for. While I understand that there may be unexpected costs and factors that can influence the final price, I wish I'd known them from the start. If you have a more flexible budget or are willing to pay a premium for quality work, this company may be a good choice. Liked the evaluator but no one showed up to do the work today. After an email from me I got a reply that someone would be coming after lunch - not enough time to do the work - but no one showed up after lunch anyway and no response to another email from me. I am not impressed. I will be pass this on to people of interest. The request for a 75% down payment was also suspicious More...

Hey there Theresa, Its honest reviews like yours that help us improve as a company. Sincerely, thank you. We apologize for the lack of communication on the set date of your project. We had service issues and no way of reaching out- We'll call you tomorrow to discuss which direction you'd like to go from here. As for the deposit, 75% is the amount due on landscape/designs projects as that is the average total cost for all of the needed materials, delivery, taxes and securing labour. For a painting and decorating project that amount should have been brought down to 25%. I will have somebody fix that mistake right first thing in the morning.
