Throughout my career in healthcare leadership, governance, and operations, I saw first-hand how many organizations, especially in the healthcare and not-for-profit space, struggled to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. I was inspired to start Pulse Bridge to help organizations build clarity, efficiency, and resilience.
