I will never book it again. This was my first time booking Uhaul. They did not make it clear that we have to take minimum 3 hours service.
I just needed it for an hour , I didn’t have a lot of stuff, Only reason i booked uhaul was because of my mattress. I mentioned all of these to them. All of my moving was done within an hour. While i was trying to pay, he was like i have to pay 270$ even tho i took the service for an hour.
Even after knowing my situation and knowing that i was not using the service for more than an hour, they didn’t clarify about the minimum service hour beforehand.
So disappointing . Not using again.

First and foremost, we would like to clarify that we are not U-Haul. U-Haul is an entirely different company, and at no point in our description do we state that you are booking a U-Haul service. Secondly, our 3-hour minimum service requirement was clearly stated at the time of booking, and you agreed to these terms upon confirmation. We are not responsible for any misunderstanding on your part. While we regret that you feel disappointed, our policies are transparent, and we stand by them.
