Awais does an amazing job keeping you motivated during sessions, and checks in regularly between sessions to verify that you stay on track with dietary recommendations and cardio. Workouts will challenge you but the goals always feels realistic and its clear to me that each session is tailored to your needs. On top of that the facilities provided are pretty much the best you will find in any private gym. He's a good motivator and pushes me to go that extra mile. I have hit personal records training with him that I haven't at the gym.
