The strangest thing happened to me when I asked Greg to help me fight my fear of flying. I have always been petrified of flying. White knuckles on seat handles, cold sweats, panic attacks, the whole thing! I decided this had to stop so asked Greg for some help as I was flying in a few weeks. Being a sceptic I wasn’t expecting too much! Greg gave me a couple of sessions talking to me and going into my subconscious mind. While waiting in the boarding lounge, I was surprised at how relaxed I felt. Boarding the plane was fine, but then my anxiety started surfacing. So remembering what Greg asked me to repeat, I sat back and kept repeating the sentence in my head. The plane took off and before I knew it we were up in the air and, opening my eyes, I was shocked to realise my hands were not clutching my seat and I wasn’t in a cold sweat.
