What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I don't really have a secret. I believe that eating a healthy balanced diet, exercising regularly and moving your body, increases happiness and makes you feel good from the inside/out

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed exercise and it has been something I have done several times a week since my early twenties.
When I decided to work with my own personal trainer I couldn't believe how quickly i got results.
I felt so much stronger, flexible and my overall fitness increased significantly.
My self esteem also grew, enabling me to feel more confident in my own skin.
This is when I decided that I wanted to inspire and help others.
I completed my certificate III and IV in fitness in 2015 and have had my own business ever since.
