Got a phone call first thing the day of the wedding that everything was on track. Rocked up to the wedding and the dj still wasn't there. Arrived 1.5hrs late because aparrently he had issues getting dry ice which I would have said not to worry about if I knew he would be so late but wasnt given the option, didn't record our first dance as promised and had to push back everything 1hr because he wasn't set up correctly. We got married a week ago and had Vanguard do our photos and music and honestly Annie’s photography is out of this world. We have already started getting pictures back and they are stunning . She goes above and beyond to make everything perfect, she also does it so quickly because we are getting pics back a week later. I hired the Vanguard team for my wedding DJ & Photography and I got married on the 20th November 2025, it’s been literally 6 days and I’m already getting some of my pictures back which is unheard of usually it takes months and the pics are stunning just wow, Annie is such a stunning person and she captured all of the special moments, she even shed a tear when she saw my first look & that made me feel like she really cares. When I booked Tristan and Annie to do my 60th birthday, I got the best. Communication from the start was clear and ongoing, with none of my requests too much trouble. The night turned out better than I could possibly imagine, with Annie’s styling of my venue being so beautiful. It was not over the top but classic and inviting. My guests and the staff at the venue all commented on how stunning it looked. Thanks to Annie, I now have beautiful memories from all the amazing photos she took during the night. I love them all. Where do we even begin!? Not only is Tristan an amazing DJ and Annie an amazing photographer but they are phenomenal people inside and out. They were the only company who put the time and effort into our enquiry and made us so at ease and looked after from the get go. They absolutely saved our wedding night by capturing our reception on film when our photographer fell short and then went above and beyond to help us re-do our ceremony photos so we had something to remember our special day. We used Vanguard for our wedding Dj. Tristan was great 😊 - contact was quick and efficient, he talked me through time frames to decide on the best approach to set up ect. - the wedding dance floor started right after our reception entrance, so the music was great to get people onto the dance floor really early. - he played a recorded speech which was requested by a guest a last minute. - lights ect were all also included - Tristan also came in early to set up before guests arrived and controlled the music from the first ceremony song to the end of the night.
