What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve had an entrepreneurial spirit since I was a kid — running little ventures, selling ideas, and dreaming of one day building something of my own.
After 17 years in senior leadership, I realised my greatest passion was helping people grow — seeing that lightbulb moment when they find new confidence and capability.
The Engine Room gives me the freedom to work across every kind of business and industry, to travel, to learn something new every day, and to share the insights that truly move businesses forward.

Everything I teach comes from real-world experience — 25 years in business, 17 years in corporate leadership, and over 1,200 workshops delivered to more than 700 Australian businesses.

Yes I work with clients in person and online (individual or group coaching) and offer my services nationally. My programs are tailored for each client to ensure my presentation or program directly aligns with their goals and objectives, and achieves their desired results.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I primarily work online now to assist, but offer in person training following all Covid protocols to ensure maximum safety for my clients and myself.
