I initially looked for a lawyer online back on 24 October 2022 and decided to choose Andrew Sutton from Sutton Family Law as he provided a free half hour session to discuss my needs so I provided my contact details on the website. I thought the session would be face to face in his office but I received a phone call instead within 30 minutes and that began my journey to commence my divorce process with Sutton Family Law. I gave Andrew a quick run down of my predicament and he provided the process I would have to go through. He was very thorough and professional and detailed on his explanations and on his answers to my questions. He suggested that we reach out to the other party to obtain an amicable settlement, however she is a big procrastinator and loves to delay everything that she does. She takes a month or more before she and her lawyers respond to our letters. However, Andrew has been very patient with the other party and keeps me up to date promptly. I have found Sutton Family Law's fees quite reasonable and Andrew provides a discount when the fee is paid on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Sutton as your lawyer. He is a great guy and very friendly and knows the Law well. More...
