Hi. I started working with Jonny because I had to make a major health change in my life. Had lost my confidence, my spark and as I said to Jonny “I lost my mojo”. I was always there for others but had to put myself first. Working with Jonny, I noticed a major change in my eating habits and overall attitude to training, healthy eating and attitude to life. All positive. I was also learning to put myself first. I lost 18.5kg and couldn’t have done it without Jonny’s guidance and support. I would recommend Jonny because he is with you on this life changing journey all the way. The education he provides regarding healthy eating, the support and positive encouragement during and after training and always being readily available to answer any questions you might have, he is there. Jon was such a great coach to work with. Even though we weren't based in the same state, he helped me out so much. I never lacked motivation to go to the gym but didn't know anything about eating correctly (not that I ate bad). 5 weeks with Jon and I learnt so much about the correct diet for what I wanted. I didn't have to change too much but he pin pointed the areas where I could improve and he couldn't have been more right. Back in 2024 I failed The 96km Kokoda Challenge, I had to DNF due to a knee and ankle injury, but I made a commitment I would complete Kokoda in 2025.
6 months went by with little to no progress, so I decided to leave my ego at the door and invest in a coach and that was the single best choice I could have made and I genuinely dont think I would have been able to do it without Jonny.
He pushed me physically as well as mentally, he gave me the accountability and the confidence to hike 50km 6 weeks out from kokoda which gave me a huge amount of confidence and during the last 6 weeks we levelled up again.
I not only completed The 96km Kokoda Challenge, I finished stronger than I ever thought possible
Now we are working towards my first solo 50km ultra run!

I started working with Jonny about 2 yrs ago. I wanted to seek professional guidance in my running endurance training - in particular the marathon distance.
Since then, Jonny has guided and trained me through some serious World Abbott Majors like Tokyo, Berlin, London and Chicago marathons and even rugged trails like Mt Kosciuszko.
His personalised training plans are flexible and covers all aspects needed to succeed (just like the elites). From nutrition, strength training, recovery and learning how to have a positive and successful mindset. He looks at the WHOLE picture and breaks it down into more manageable segments.
I 100% recommend Jonny to anyone who wants professional guidance. He is a caring and respectful coach. He has a wealth of knowledge and is always available for any burning questions I may have (even if I have asked it many times before).

Hitting the training EXTRA HARD with all the speed work, stairs, hills and trails i recommended and going above and beyong with the necessary RECOVERY work required with all that... I signed up to work with Jonny because at the age of 52, I was struggling to lose fat and change my shape even though I was exercising regularly.
I found I was injuring myself regularly and was constantly fatigued and dissatisfied with the way I looked. Jonny gathered extensive information from myself and my physio to create a workout regime that supported my physical limitations at the time, while still creating a routine that offered challenge where I wanted it.
Within 3 months, I was seeing a dramatic change in my body. I had lost a large about of body fat and could see definition in places I hadn’t been defined in years. Like my abs and my arms. Working with Jonny has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He hasn’t just been my run coach, he’s also been a fitness and life coach, guiding me through some of the toughest and most rewarding challenges I’ve faced.
Jonny supported me through rehab for Chondromalacia Patellae, and with his help I was able to bounce back stronger than ever. Just two weeks after being cleared, I ran my first marathon and two weeks after that, my first ultra (Bondi to Manly 80km). Since then, he’s coached me through my first Half Ironman (Western Sydney 70.3) and my first Backyard Ultra in St Ives, where I managed 137km.
What stands out most about Jonny is his versatility and his ability to keep me accountable, motivated, and confident, all while helping me stay injury-free. He truly believes in his athletes, and that belief has pushed me to achieve things I never thought possible.
If you’re looking for a coach who will not only get you to your goals but help you go beyond them, I can’t recommend Jonny highly enough.

When I started with Jonny I was overweight and unfit. I had started running but was constantly injured.
Since we started working together he has taught me a lot of lessons with diet and nutrition which has changed my life as I am more energetic, more motivated.

Jon was a super amazing coach and was the rock i needed during training for a marathon. He has so much knowledge not just about what it takes to physically achieve in running, but how to keep your mental strong and recovery high.
Jon was so accomodating and whenever i had any doubts he would always be so responsive on messages whenever i needed guidance on something in our training program.
He cares so so much about driving you to success and is very present. If you need a coach that will always be available and checking in with you then Jon is the best choice. From my experience with other coaches, some are just so busy that they are only able to check in very rarely, Jon is so present, responsive and always around to help.
Although iv been through tough injuries in the past that hindered my progress, Jon was always there to support me through the mental aspect and keep me positive. Marathon training is very tough on your mental and its important to have a coach that can accomdate to that aswell.
He also helped me greatly with my nutrition, he really is a coach that can support you through all aspects of training (programming, mental support, nutrition, recovery, accountability, he really does it all and takes the guess work out for you)
Overall an amazing experience with Jon as my coach would highly recommend.

I started working with Jonny initially for weight loss. I never considered myself “unfit” but since working with Johnny I’ve not only started to run for the first time in my adult life (at 47!
!) but I’ve set targets like running the base of Uluru, and achieved those targets.
Through Jonny’s careful crafting of workout plans, nutrition guides and tracking of food, I am now a regular, 4 or 5 day a week gym goer, I walk/run between 12,000 and 20,000 steps per day and, in line with my original goal, I’m down from 111kg to 84kg since April 2024.
All of these achievements are incredible, but I’d recommend Jonny because of his holistic approach to health and wellbeing. My physical health is the best and weight is the lowest it’s been in my adult life, but my mental health is also vastly improved, not only do I think more clearly and make smarter decisions when I’m exercising, but my years-long struggles with anxiety and depression are in the past. I sleep better, I think better, I feel better overall and this is because Jonny helped me see that physical and mental fitness are inextricably linked.
I cannot recommend Jonny highly enough!

Jon is a fantastic trainer and health coach. He customised my diet and workout plans to suit my needs, while still focused on the goals. The workout plans were in particular were very impressive as I only wanted to use the cheap equipment that I have at home and focus more body weight excersizes. I've tried gyms and diets for the last 20 years and nothing seemed to stick. Peak Performance changed all that. Jonny went above and beyond to educate me and help me make changes for life.
My biggest requirement was that it had to be sustainable, I wanted to still have a beer or some chocolate sometimes! Jonny's approach helped me work in healthy eating habits and realistic exercise into my life with minimal adjustment.
Flexible programs are a massive draw card too. Often, trainers will have 1 price and 1 program. Peak Performance were really flexible in their approach and offering.
Strongly recommend for anyone who is flat out balancing work and family life!

This trainer is beyond amazing. The best I would give him is REAL and result driven. He cares about his clients and is with you 7 days a week.
