Personal Trainers

Before training with Cat, I never really thought much about my health or how what I eat and the exercise I do can have such a big impact on my mental wellbeing. Since working with her, that mindset has completely changed. She keeps me accountable in the best way and working with her has really helped keep me on track with my eating and brought a solid routine into my life.

When I first started working with Cat, I was postpartum, bloated, puffy, exhausted, struggling with brain fog, and dealing with confusing food sensitivities. I had tried a few other practitioners, but I kept being sent in circles—endless supplements were thrown at me, I felt worse, and the advice was always conflicting.

Cat helped me identify exactly which foods were triggering my symptoms and created a personalised plan that actually worked for my body. Her coaching program meant she was always available when I needed guidance—helping me navigate early flare-ups, adjust my diet, and even supporting me through a recent acute illness.

Thanks to Cat, I no longer feel so overwhelmed by food or exercise and my bloating, brain fog and fatigue have significantly reduced. I have also been able to reintroduce a lot of foods into my diet that I previously couldn’t tolerate. I can’t recommend Cat highly enough.

Cat is absolutely wonderful! When I first started working with Cat I didn’t have much idea on what to do to help my body, exercise and food wise. Cat helped me learn all my exercises and gave me great programs based on what I was wanting to work on and achieve. She opened me up to so many new foods that helped me gain more protein and anything I was low in. She changed my life by helping me with my gut issues that I have dealt with for years. Extreme bloating, irregular bowel movements and my gut has been so much happier since gaining Cat’s advice and buying supplements to help with my condition. Honestly, working with Cat has been such a game changer!

I started working with Bea after about six months of getting into the gym and nutrition on my own. I did see some results, but I also felt very tired and unmotivated. If I hadn’t met Beatrice, I would have definitely given up.

Right from the start, she was an incredible help in teaching me not just how much to eat, but also what to eat. The first six months with her completely transformed the way I see food and my weight, and my relationship with them has only kept improving.

After those six months, we started 1:1 coaching focused on nutrition and training, and that was a real turning point.

Now, two years later, I couldn’t be more grateful I started this journey. Not only am I aware of what I eat, but I also understand how my body and mind react to food, hunger, and even cravings that are purely emotional.

Sono seguito da Bea da circa due anni e grazie a lei ho migliorato la mia composizione corporea e imparato a gestire il cibo con più consapevolezza, soprattutto nei momenti di stress.

Dopo anni di difficoltà con l’alimentazione, ho deciso di contattare Beatrice.
Per molto tempo ho creduto che il segreto per ottenere risultati fosse mangiare di meno, spingermi al limite. Anche quando la bilancia segnava numeri bassissimi, non riuscivo a piacermi. Mi sono avvicinata a lei perché mi ha sempre colpito il suo approccio: flessibile, consapevole, mai giudicante.
E proprio la consapevolezza era ciò che mi mancava. Insieme abbiamo iniziato a costruire un rapporto nuovo con il cibo. Ho smesso di dividere gli alimenti in “buoni” o “cattivi” e ho imparato che c’è spazio per tutto in un’alimentazione equilibrata.
Beatrice mi ha aiutato a uscire dalla mentalità del “tutto o niente”, a fidarmi del mio corpo e a smettere di punirlo.
Non è stato un percorso facile, e non lo è nemmeno oggi. La mente, quando può, torna ai vecchi schemi. Ma sapere che Beatrice é sempre presente, attenta, pronta ad ascoltarmi senza mai giudicare , fa tutta la differenza. Mi ha motivata a iniziare ad allenarmi con i pesi, cosa che mi ha sempre spaventata. Pensavo mi avrebbe allontanata dai miei obiettivi estetici e non mi sentivo a mio agio in sala pesi.
E invece ora non mi sono mai sentita più forte. Ci sono giorni in cui le insicurezze tornano, ma oggi riesco a sollevare pesi che un tempo mi sembravano impossibili, faccio lunghe camminate in montagna senza restare senza fiato, ho migliorato la mia postura e sento meno dolori. Sono piccole grandi conquiste, silenziose, ma fondamentali.
E anche il mio rapporto con il cibo è cambiato: oggi lo vedo come nutrimento. So che potrei mangiare di tutto ma spesso mi accorgo che non ne ho più bisogno di comfort food come prima.
Tutto questo lo faccio pensando alla me del futuro, a ciò che voglio essere, a come voglio vivere. Il percorso non è finito, e so che arriveranno altre difficoltà ma ora sento di avere gli strumenti per affrontarle al meglio. E non sono sola. Oltre a Beatrice, c’è anche una community di donne forti, indipendenti e straordinarie, con cui condividere insicurezze, traguardi e soprattutto deliziose ricette. Non potrei raccomandare di più Beatrice e il suo fantastico team. Semplicemente grazie!

Lavoro con NutriFitProject oramai da ben 2 anni. Ho avuto una grandissima evoluzione fisica e mentale. Mi ha aiutato tanto ad approcciarmi col cibo in modo salutare e consapevole, iniziando ad apprezzare di più ciò che stessi mangiando e senza avere restrizioni o sensi di colpa. Beatrice è straordinaria. Diretta quando c'è bisogno e sempre pronta all'ascolto. È improntata a trovare soluzioni pensate proprio per te. Mi sono ritrovata a raccontarle di dubbi, insicurezze e sensi di colpa legati al cibo e che con lei hanno sempre trovato uno spazio privo di giudizi e pieno di comprensione. I’ve been working with Cat for a couple of years now and she is one of the few coaches that really approaches your health in a holistic manner. She was always thorough in her research and understanding of my specific issues and has been instrumental in my overall well being over the last few years.

I initially came to her with chronic back pain and significant gut health issues that had been affecting my daily life for years. What can I say ... to put things in perspective I'm someone who had been following a couple of trainers online (YouTube channels) and doing their workouts 3 times a week for around 4 months with no real change. Yes I felt stronger but visibly not much shift.
Info to work out calories (deficit, maintenance...etc) was confusing and it all seemed a bit much. I have a sedentary job, eat fairly healthy, late 40's and the mid section growing :( So I decided to start looking for someone to coach me, someone able to fit in with my life demands, reliable, knowledgeable in hormone fluctuations / understands the female changes as well as nutrition. Had a few intro sessions and then I indirectly found Caterina. I write this for others who might relate and I encourage you to sign up with Caterina. I'm 8 weeks in and I can see change to my my shape starting, moving toward the way I used to look (trimmer). Core is stronger, posture improving, lifting heavier AND I can do these workouts from home!!! I have really benefited from the coaching on technique - so insightful and Caterina always gives me tips along the way. She is authentic and cares about your progress. Started with CW in 2020, after having 4 kids and years of intense training on my own, my body had enough.

Cat took me on with severe back injury and over a decade of ED. Worked through correct form and posture along with my relationship with food and showed me that sometimes less is more !

Now I’m in a great place with my food and my training, hitting all my goals and more !
Training has been a big part of my life for a very long time but with Cat’s help it just became better and more enjoyable knowing that I dnt need to put so much pressure on myself or punish myself.
