A thorough top-to-bottom clean to prepare a property for handover to your property manage. Includes deep cleaning of all rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and inside windows to ensure the property is returned in pristine condition.
Once off General Cleaning
Cleaning designed to keep homes or workplaces tidy and hygienic. Typically includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and emptying bins.
General Property Maintenance
We also offer general property maintenance, which can include small repairs or replacements – for example fixing a door, patching minor damage, or helping with those last finishing touches before inspection. Our goal is to provide a smooth, hassle-free service so the property is ready on time and in great condition.
