Honestly if I could give no stars I would.

I posted an advertisement on Bark platform DEEP CLEANER for my parents in laws home before it's up for sale.
I specified on this advert exactly what was needing to be done.
I got a call from Isabella the same day and she was very nice. I explained that the house needed to be cleaned and to look nice for the sale that commences on Tuesday. Her and her cleaners said that they could come Saturday morning. She sent me a brief list of things that were meant to be cleaned and we discussed cleaning fans, light switches, deep cleaning the kitchen and windows inside and out on top of a general clean.
They arrived on time and everything seemed to go alright until they said they were finished. Immediately I found issues. When I discussed these issues ( small example- not wiping down the silicone that has built up grime in the bathroom) I was told that this wasn't included in the clean I was quoted for and that I was quoted for a general "wipe down" to make ot look presentable for photos. I've had general cleaners in that have done a better job.
They forgot an entire room, a fan, 10 windows ( inside and out) a cubourd in the kitchen, and more. They did not move simple things like a Ottoman to vaccume the area it was occupying. After much debate and frustration I gave them their whopping $600 and they left right away. I soon found out after they left that they had also damaged the frame of a mirror downstairs. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to Isabella and showed her photos she said that she would come back for $100 to finish the job. I said that this was unacceptable and sent her more photos of the areas that were missed, incomplete and the damage made. She apologised and said she would send someone the following day- Sunday- today. I said "Great, thank you" and that I would be available from 10:30. 11 o'clock rolls around and no cleaner, no message. I sent a message to Isabella with no answer. 11:30 rolls around and I call her to see when the cleaner is coming so that I can make sure I'm inside and upstairs as we are doing work in the garden out the back. No answer. Then I get another message from a random number with out introduction of who the person is saying "sorry they can't come today and if they can come Monday?" I have school starting next week after the school holidays and won't be available. This is why I scheduled the clean for the weekend. 11:45 after expressing that I've made myself available today and that I'm not available Monday, still no answer from them. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want a pittaly surface level half complete job and unprofessionalism. More...

Great experience with them! I think they did a great job but the agent was being extremely and unjustly meticulous but the cleaners went back to clean until the agent was happy. 100% recommended!
