Don't have the budget for Personal Training but have someone else you can train with. Share the cost with a 2-1 or 4-1 personal training session.

I have been working in the NDIS space for the last 8 years with a clientele as young as 6 to 60. I am passionate about assisting those with special needs and disabilities to find joy through movement.

Private classes available along with stretch, function and mobility training for athletes.

1 on 1 Personal Training. Sessions are 30mins in duration, but depending on your requirements can be longer.

I am a non-scale trainer, which means I will not put you on scales or give you a restrictive eating plan. I am passionate about mindfulness in life so not only training you physically but also teaching you how to incorporate a fully rounded mindfulness practice to life, including eating, sleeping, relaxation etc.

I spent a lot of my early training life in the world of bodybuilding, but as I have gone through some challenges, I now focus on functional strength training for longevity. Interval training, flexibility, movement and mobility.

I work with clients across Australia and beyond, especially women and men in their 50s and 60s looking to build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies—without needing to leave home. We can work around your schedule, your limitations, and your lifestyle. I even offer accountability coaching and goal reviews outside of sessions to help keep you on track and feeling supported.

While COVID-19 safety is no longer a primary concern for most, I continue to offer flexible options like remote/online training for anyone who prefers to train from home. For in-person sessions, I maintain a clean, respectful environment with shared equipment cleaned regularly and personal space always respected.
