I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was frustrating enough to warrant one. Everything started off fine, but toward the end, the service completely fell apart.

I had to chase up basic responses, timelines were unclear, and when I raised reasonable concerns, I was met with defensiveness rather than professionalism. The tone became passive-aggressive and dismissive, not what you want when dealing with something as important as legal documents.

I felt like I was being treated more as an inconvenience than a paying client. There was a lack of ownership and care, especially when I had tried to be flexible and even offered potential ongoing work. Instead of gratitude or responsibility, I got excuses and attitude.

This kind of interaction leaves a sour taste, especially when you've put your trust (and money) into someone handling legal documentation. I wouldn’t recommend this service to others. The solicitor rescheduled on me the cancelled on the last hour. You get what you pay for I guess. More...

I needed an urgent Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship
Deborah from iconveyancing responded to my request very quickly with an up front quote with no hidden costs involved, which was very reasonable as I had rang around to a number of soliicitors who quoted alot more for same request.
Deborah was absolutely amazing and provided an exceptional service which was way above and beyond all expectations .
Deborah made something that seemed so daunting and stressful just so easy .Deborah did all the hard work I only had to provide some information via email she did the rest drawing up all the paperwork and the most amazing part is I DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE ,SHE COMES TO YOU .Deborah had to catch public transport from the CBD all the way down to the Southern Highlands just for a max 15min meeting ,Deborah gave me an exact time which she promptly stuck to arriving on time so she does her homework on how long it takes to get from AtoB with train and Uber ,now that shows such commitment and dedication to her clients and her job right there. Deborah was willing to give up her public holiday just for me but we had to change and she worked with me to get a day and time that suited me better.
Deborah makes you feel really comfortable through the whole process trying to make things as easy and stressfree as they can be drawing on personal experience she understands just how hard and daunting it can be for the carers and their loved ones .Deborah had identified the huge need for someone to specialize in this area and she has done it so professionally.
