An elderly couple isn't a mark you can take to the wrong airport and attempt to overcharge. AVA definitely isn't MEL and you never bothered to investigate your scam driver. You have been warned.

Below was reviews about 2 months in March 2024 ago: Just tried the GoBlu-ev taxi service...and I like it! It's much more economical than similar competing services. I pre-booked my ride 2 days prior. My ride arrived before the designated time. Driver was courteous and answered my many questions about the company and the fulll electric car. I'll be using GoBlu-ev alot more! GoBlu-EV thank you! Below is an add-on review today 22nd May 2024; Haven't been using GoBlu-EV for the past 2 months. Had to make a return trip bookings for today & tomorrow via the App but encountered some technical irregularities. Contacted their support and they were responsive & addressed all issues promptly. Am very pleased with this level of customer service. Comes this morning and my driver, Harshit, rung me prior to pickup time advising he'll be 5 mins late due to Westgate traffic. How's that for keeping customer informed? All you whom are reading this review should start using GoBlu-EV. Harshit was very friendly and through him I found out that this company is growing and their services will be available in Sydney soon. Looking forward to more of GoBlu-EV rides to come! More...

We used GoBlu-EV to get from Melbourne Airport into the city. Despite our flight to Melbourne being delayed by eventually two hours, the team very patiently managed the changes and had someone ready to pick us up. A quick ride into town, in a new car.
