I can come to your home or your apartment gym to train you.

If you would prefer to workout outside this is not a problem.

To help you get started, we offer a FREE 30 minute consultation before your first personal training session to talk about your health and fitness goals, and assist you in finding a package that will suit your needs.

We come to you to do one-on-one personal training wherever you would like to meet.

One-on-one pilates sessions to enhance your core strength

These one-on-one or group fitness classes are designed to improve your balance and functional mobility to help you navigate difficult terrain and do everyday tasks safely.

One-on-one or group Yoga sessions with a Yoga specialist

These one-on-one or group fitness sessions are designed to improve your functional fitness and abilities so that you can pursue your goals and enjoy activities with your family & grandchildren.

Boot camp one-on-one or group fitness sessions are dynamic and intense group workouts that combine elements of military-style training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and functional exercises. These sessions are designed to provide a total body workout that challenges participants both mentally and physically.

Personal Trainers

I worked with Tanya for a few weeks to build up my fitness level before travelling at the end of 2024.

Tanya is fabulous. She modified exercise routines to accommodate my physical disability. I had not exercised for over 10years and I really benefited from the exercises aimed at my level.

Tanya has been fantastic! I’ve had some injuries in the past and her prior PT experience has meant we’ve been able to have really good sessions that also don’t push too much in areas I’m careful of.

I worked with the very lovely and professional Tanya to gain upper body strength, fitness and to tone up my 60+ year old body. I've had a long career as a Physiotherapist and pharmaceutical/marketing and medical communications professional. I started this business to make sure anyone can do exercise to achieve their health and wellness goals.

My background as a Physiotherapist allows me to help you navigate appropriate exercises as you recover from an injury or if you are experiencing arthritis. I’ve spent considerable time working with women who are perimenopausal and post menopause to help them in their health and wellness journey. In addition, I am extremely approachable, personable and want to help you achieve your health and well-being goals.

Yes. I can arrange on-line Personal Training sessions if you are traveling and not able to train face-to-face.

If required, I will wear a mask while training someone who is at high risk of contracting Covid-19.
