I was going along ok with my own training and wasn't really looking for extensive training, but thought I'd give Fighting Fit Training a go to level up, move towards some training goals, begin a transition to a different style of training and hopefully learn some things along the way.
I only had 5 weeks to work with them as I'm traveling, but was really happy with the results I achieved and am impressed with the way the program works.
Im not going to lie, it wasnt easy. It required quite a bit of effort, some extra time and some significant changes in habits, particularly in how I do nutrition, but I can see the results in how different my body looks compared to 5 weeks ago and have seen a more rapid increase in my lean body mass, maximum weights I can lift, strength, stamina and new tools/exercises in my repertoire.
I also really enjoyed the format of having both a nutrition & accountability coach and Personal Trainer for gym sessions.
Cheers Nathan and Huz. Really happy with the results. Have learned a lot, and while it would be great to continue feel confident going back to training on my on my own for now knowing I have a lot more knowledge and insight that will serve me going forward.
Would definitely recommend the program. If you can do everything they suggest, find your own self discipline and motivation you'll be very happy with the results.
