I found Emily asked lots of questions about what I wanted to get out of online coaching so she could make a workout plan that was going to fit it with my lifestyle while still making sure I am reaching my goals and giving me the best chance to succeed. The meal options have been a great way to add some additional healthy choices to my meal rotations. I have found the workouts are easy to follow and anything that needs additional explanation have demo videos included so I can do the exercise correctly. The weekly check in with Emily have meant that I can talk about what worked and what didn’t and the workouts for the following week can be adjusted accordingly. The check ins also mean that there is accountability about turning up to the gym and constantly trying to make improvements to my nutrition or daily habits. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I actively help my clients set , long term goals aswell as setting plenty of short term goals along in their journey with me such as implementing small yet effective changes within their lives to help them create those healthy habits that will get them to reach their health and fitness goals (e.g build muscle, lose weight, live a healthier life, improve fitness ect;)
I actively record my client's progress which I find helps my clients stay motivated to achieve their goals.
Some ways I track my client's progress is :
-tracking client's weight
- cms lost/ gained
-more weight on the bar
- tracking stamina during exercise and Perceived Rates of Exertion
-mood and sleep improvements
Giving my clients modifications and progressions in workouts when needed and providing variety to keep my clients motivated and engaged I think is very important when keeping a client interested in continuing to pursue their goals
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
STRIVING FOR CONSISTENCY NOT PERFECTION ! Consistency is the one of the biggest keys to achieving your health + fitness goals (getting those 3-5 training sessions in EVERY single week as a dedicated appointment to yourself aswell as actively choosing to get a variety of healthy and nutritious foods in your diet everyday. At some point you may miss a workout , get sick and can't train or sometimes choose to eat less nutritious foods, AND THAT IS OKAY you are only human but getting back on track as soon as possible is going to beto help you stay on track with your fitness goals rather than just completely giving up after a set backs.
I want to be able to help you find healthy , active lifestyle that is SUSTAINABLE for you and your life so that we can together create realistic health and fitness goals for you to achieve the body of your dreams , feel fitter, stronger and more confident than you ever have before and create long term habits for lasting health and fitness .

I also offer online coaching if client is looking for the gym goer who can do the workouts in the gym on their own but they want a online tailored program and ongoing support and accountability check ins to help them achieve their goals.
