Contest a Will
Family provision claims, contested probate, Will validity disputes resulting from incapacity fraud and/or undue influence and unconscionable conduct or defending a Will against these claims
Wills and Estate Planning
Starting from $440 for a standard Will.
We have value packages consisting of a standard Will, Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA) and Enduring Guardian (EG) appointment of $880 inclusive of GST, which is a saving of $220 off our individual document prices of $440 for a standard Will and $330 ($660 total) each for an EPOA and EG. We also offer complex Wills and Wills with testamentary trusts.
The Scope of Services I provide for each service option is:
• Reviewing your completed Estate Planning Client Questionnaire/Instruction Sheet(s).
• Attending a preliminary meeting (in person or by video link) to obtain and clarify instructions regarding your family and situation and provide both relevant general and individual specific advice.
• Drafting your estate planning documents, whether that be your Will, General Power of Attorney, Enduring Power of Attorney and/or Enduring Guardian appointment, or a combination of these.
• Attending a final meeting to verify identification (you and any appointed attorneys will be required to produce photographic identification as required by legislation to ensure valid formal execution of your documents) and execution of your documents.
• Retaining final executed documents at no addition cost in our safe custody, subject to your instructions, and providing you with a copy and/or certified copies.
Property law transaction
Fixed fees for services such as natural "Love and affection" transfers, registering Notice of Death or Enduring Power of Attorney - fully detailed on our website at www.championcontestedwills.com.au
Conveyancying
Fixed price sale and purchase transactions
Binding Financial Agreements
