I had a fantastic experience with Byron Bay Transfers for both my pickup and drop-off at Ballina Airport. Their communication was excellent- they kept me updated leading into my flights, which gave me real peace of mind. Our driver, Bob, was absolutely lovely. He was punctual, patient, and made the whole transfer feel effortless. We were also travelling with a toddler, and the vehicle came with a properly installed infant seat ready to go, which made things so much easier for us. Really nice person. Very talkative and informative. Told us all about Byron Bay, the weather, what other areas were nearby. Also I just want to say that the price was very reasonable. To our surprise it was cheaper than Uber. And by the way, it was only because Uber couldn’t locate a car to take us to the airport- that we found Justin. We had a fantastic experience with Sam as our driver. He picked us up from our farm in Nashua and drove our family to Ballina Airport for our flight. We were travelling with several large suitcases, and his Staria van was more than spacious enough to comfortably fit us all along with our luggage. Sam was punctual and very responsive, confirming our booking the day before, which gave us great peace of mind. My son has just returned to Melbourne from a week in Byron Bay for Schoolies. Matt at Byron Bay transfers is literally my good news from Schoolies. He was an absolute ray of kindness and decency in what was otherwise a week filled with experiences as the booking parent that felt as if we were being ripped off and financially deceived at every turn. In direct contrast Matt didn’t just deliver what he promised but actually overdelivered. Our groups flights were cancelled at the last minute and instead of flying into Ballina they arrived in Brisbane. As promised Matt still arranged a driver to collect them, and even managed to accommodate an extra boy whose has lifted fallen through..
