Where do I start, Brian is always on time & well prepared. He does my workout with me and is not too pushy, but encouraging. Brian is always learning new exercises which makes class interesting eg. What inspired you to start your own business?
Spent lots of time in the gym, decided to do the Personal Training course. Decided it was more fun working as a mobile PT rather then stuck in a gym.

Having worked as a nurse for over 20 years, I have always been there to help my patients improve their health.
As a Fitness Professional I want to help and motivate you to improve your health, feel better and stronger.
I have completed courses in Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Power Bags, Boxing for fitness, Suspension trainers, Medicine Balls and am qualified to use these in my exercise sessions. Using these different types of equipment make the exercises different and more fun.

I currently only provide face to face exercises sessions at your home or a local park if suitable. Will look at online services in the future.
