I would highly recommend Brad to anyone at any level of experience. I started P.T sessions with Brad as a beginner in the gym and since starting I have noticed an increase in strength which has given me more energy through the day at work. Brad really knows his stuff and is obviously passionate about his work. He knows just how much to push you so you see and feel the progress and when to back off a little on your not so great days. Personal Trainers

I spoke with Brad about my goals and he has helped increase my own knowledge as well as my strength. I got to have a free first session to make sure his training was right for me, I then did five weeks of 3 sessions a week. I saw my strength improve, the sessions really pushed me to challenge myself and the one on one aspect was perfect for feeling comfortable. I highly recommend him! Brad has hands down got to be one of the best personal trainers to work with. He has sound knowledge about everything fitness and training, this is evident by the tailored programs and explanations on every exercises he gives you. Brad genuinely cares about you achieving your goals and adapts to what coaching style you want whether you want a motivational style or even a tough coaching style, and of course some friendly banter. I came from a group training gym where I would train 5-6 days and not see much change in my body but after training with Brad and his programming, I’m seeing results and only training 3 days a week. I have been training with Brad for just over a month now, and he has been great! He is very very knowledgeable and developed an exercise plan to suit my own fitness goals. I have been training with Brad twice a week since mid August and I am extremely happy with my progress. I had been hesitant to return to exercise due to severe arthritis in my foot however Brad developed an exercise program that would allow me to train without putting pressure on the affected joints. He continually adjusts the program as my strength and flexibility improve and I feel my body is challenged with the weight training. I am really enjoying being back exercising, it definitely has lifted my energy levels and I am looking forward to seeing how my fitness program will strengthen by body to help ease the pressure on the arthritis affected joints and my overall fitness. I have been training with Brad for a few months now and I highly recommend him as a great personal trainer. I’m quite a beginner to proper weight lifting and techniques and Brad has created a great plan to get me started that suits my body’s ability. Brad is very knowledgeable and I’m very comfortable training with him. Since starting with Brad I’ve also gained more motivation for regular exercise and have started to change eating habits to keep me aligned to my program. 10/10 would recommend if your looking for personal trainer! I use evidence based practices to help each individual achieve their own goals. This works best because not everyone is the same or progresses in same way.

Hard work and commitment. You can't just rely on the 45 minutes you put aside to train each week, you have to be mindful of your nutrition, sleep, movement and mental health.

Helping others change their lifestyle habits to create better ones. When they realise what needs to be done and that they CAN actually do it, then enjoyment they start bringing to sessions is amazing.

With over 7 years experience coaching others, over 10 years training myself, a degree in Exercise Science, masters degree in High Performance Sport, and as an accredited Strength and Conditioning coach, I know what works for the body and how to achieve goals.
