I could not be happier, Leah the lady who was in charge called me and asked what I needed and gave me advice on the laws of what was required for me as a tenant and then said that she will deal directly with the real estate on my behalf. I had the team come in a do a clean after a tenant had moved out. they had left the place quite dirty, the kitchen was a mess. BJK clean the whole place and made the kitchen look brand new. they also cleaned all the bathrooms to make them look great. All the carpets were vacuumed very nicely.
