Very happy with new Ajax security system, The installation was done by Tim and his helper , can’t speak more highly about them , professional, efficient Took extra time to make sure I understood how it worked and helped set up several devices for me . I was hesitant because of price but now I’m glad I purchased it , and feel much more safe and secure.

Tim and Tony from Finesse Security were friendly approachable and willing to work around any issues. They deserve a 5 star rating for their reliability, workmanship, flexibility and attitude. The security system is excellent and has been tailored to my needs. I would highly recommend Finesse Security and the Ajax system.

Finesse Security carried out work on our property today. Tim and Tony arrived as scheduled, which was wonderful. Their workmanship was professional, precise, and carried out with care. They were more than willing to guide me through the new system and advised they were there to support our understanding of the technology if required. That service in itself gives you confidence in the Company and the Product they installed. Both the gentlemen were well organise, very capable and knowledgeable in what they were doing. They demonstrated a wide and well developed understanding of both their technology and the levels of interaction required to ensure understanding by individuals of their system. Gracious and patient gentlemen and a Company I would happily recommend to those interested in security system of any level.
