I’ve been going to Zone 123 for nearly 6wks great place awesome staff. I’m 51 with osteo arthritis in both knees and a torn rotator cuff and they adjust techniques for me so I still get the same or similar workout!!!!

Really love the environment and small classes. It’s like having your own personal trainer. Trainers are amazing, supportive and offer a range of different training sessions.
