Rachel was absolutely amazing during my fertility struggles. She really listened to my fertility journey and came up with strategies that worked for me to improve my nutrition. I didn’t realise that eating better would help to decrease my chances of miscarriage and with Rachel’s help I got pregnant with baby number two within a couple of months. Q&As

As the saying goes, you are what you eat! Eating healthy can have huge impacts on the way you feel. I love working with Women to help them improve their energy levels, hormonal balance, help them to get pregnant and also to manage their diet through their pregnancy, post-partum and all the way through to menopause.

I love helping women feel their best and the amazing feedback I get when they have made the changes I've suggested. Whether it's more energy, getting pregnant, losing weight or improving symptoms of menopause - I really enjoy helping others to feel better. It's why I became a dietitian.

After going on my own fertility journey and post-partum struggling with weight loss and postnatal depression I learnt all about how much what we eat can improve our health and wellbeing. I want to spread the word to other women and help them to achieve their goals and to be happy and healthy.

I'm a caring, kind, professional and experienced dietitian. I will come up with personalized solutions to meet your needs to help you achieve your goals.

I can do online consultations or I have multiple locations around Brisbane including Taringa, Holland Park and Graceville.

I follow the latest guidelines from Queensland health to ensure I'm keeping up to date with health directives.
