My partner and I had 6 sessions with Joel, and throughout them we found Joel to be compassionate, warm, relaxed and most importantly, helpful!
He made us feel comfortable and able to open up, and took all the initial nerves away. We found his sessions to be well structured with their goals, but also flexible for us to take the conversation however we needed.
We loved that he also utilised setting intentions at the end of each session. It was the right nudge to keep us on track and focused on what we had learnt/covered each session, and continue to move forward together towards our goals.
If we ever felt the need in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Joel and book in again.

What do you love most about your job?
The process of change and seeing the value of what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be of assistance to others. I have been on my own journey, a journey that started with picking up the phone and seeing a Counsellor myself. What I was able to achieve inspired me to follow the path into becoming a Counsellor.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that I provide a service that cuts through the confusion. How? Clients often have enough going on in their heads and hearts when they see a Counsellor, I believe many people are looking for clear support, understandable processes and workable solutions.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
My preference, mostly for your benefit, is face-to-face consultations, however, I also offer online consultations.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To help keep clients safe I use distancing and I schedule clients with proper breaks in between to ensure there is no crossover. I also have hand sanitizer available and surfaces are cleaned regularly. I also offer online consultations.
