Q&As

My job is to help you navigate our complex wills and estates laws. I love being able to assist people to get clarity on what they would like to plan for their families upon their death or incapacity.

I try to make the complex simple to understand, and the mountains of paperwork molehills.

This practice is a part-time endeavour for me.

I love that I am able to continue to practice wills and estates law and help people when they need it the most.

I take my duty of confidentiality very seriously. For clients with difficult family or business situations, I know this is important.

I am able to offer Saturday appointments and I am flexible in where I will meet you.

I am able to offer telephone conferencing and video conferencing.

Please note for will and enduring power of attorney services it is preferable to meet in person.

It is not possible to sign wills and powers of attorney via electronic or on-line means in Queensland.

I meet with clients in their own homes rather than clients catching public transport or leaving their homes to visit me.

I carry a face mask and hand sanitiser with me at all times. I am fully vaccinated against both COVID-19 (including booster) and influenza so I am able to attend aged care facilities, hospitals, and other care facilities.

While it is not possible to sign a will or power of attorney via electronic means, there are precautions that can be taken to ensure your documents are validly signed.
