Working with Estelle was a very empowering experience. She helped me understand why my eating & body image; plus my relationship with myself is distorted; & supported me through working on these. She is such a lovely, easy going, down to earth person that you can share absolutely anything with. She listens unconditionally without judgment, & offers advice, guidance & support with her tools and resources she has created, that I could work through at my own pace. She never made me feel like I was failing because I wasn't advancing with my progress as quickly as I had hoped; instead, she just listened & altered our sessions & my homework tasks to prioritize what I needed to work on that would support me most in that moment. Estelle is a true treasure that has a wonderful aspiration and goal to help over 1,000 women find food freedom. Stel coached me over an 8-week program to rewire my overeating brain. She is such a highly motivated, supportive, and loving person. After each of our weekly sessions, I had new tools to put into practice, to improve my relationship with food and my relationship with myself. I feel like I can conquer the world and all the food in it. I am now aware of my bad eating habits and how to deal with them in a positive way. I have been working with Estelle for awhile now and she is amazing! My name is Urvasi Chetty-Makan- I am an Executive coach and business management consultant - CEO and founder of AUM Consulting. I joined Estelle on the Food Zombie Challenge after battling with eating disorders for years- anorexia, bulimia and then swung to binge and emotional eating. Punishing myself and my body. I love that I can help women find confidence in themselves and feel at home in their own skin. It's so rewarding seeing someone transform from feeling helpless with food to taking control back with their eating.

I battled with two eating disorders and there was no one to help me. When I finally recovered, I knew I needed to help other women heal

My approach is getting to the root of what drives you to eat, I help you figure out what food is suitable for your body type and heal the wounds that cause emotional eating.

Online sessions via zoom (preferred) or the phone. Sessions are roughly 60-75 minutes long.

I support my clients by providing additional support in resilience during uncertain times.

I help women stop fighting with emotional eating, overeating, and stress and start living the lives they’ve been craving.

I’ve been in thier shoes and helped hundreds of women who were stuck in the same place.


I learned that it’s not the giant leaps, but the small steps everyday that make a difference.


Once you know the right steps to take and once you learn how to give yourself permission to stop fighting with self-control, willpower, and exhausting effort, and take the easier path that fits you and your life.

One-on-one coaching is the fastest, most effective path to help you get where you want to go.

I believe deep in my heart that you can do life in an easier way, and that you can create your own journey to freedom.

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It's also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain.

It involves tapping certain areas of the body gently with your fingers in a specific pattern.

EFT can be a powerful tool to help resolve emotional eating and can help heal from this frustrating pattern.

Practicing yoga helps you to become more mindful and self-aware. This new awareness will enable you to examine the reasons that underlie unhealthy eating patterns, and through this new understanding, you can come to make more healthy lifestyle choices.

Explore the deeper connections between you and the Universe. Gain a new or deeper understanding of the world you live in and the energies that flow within it.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is based on the premise that emotions do not occur spontaneously but rather they are the result of the way we think.

When we think thoughts that are irrational, illogical, disproportionate, exaggerated or ‘nutty’, we get emotional reactions that are similarly distorted.

CBT involves learning to identify, challenge and re-educate ourselves, thereby providing less disturbing emotions and promoting a heightened sense of wellbeing.
