After nearly 16 years working in a corporate sales role my role was impacted through a recent reorganization.

I had the pleasure of reporting to Chris during my time at Optus. Together we led the Fixed Product Propositions team, responsible for bringing strategic and tactical proportions to life.

Chris was a fantastic mentor at a time when leaderships was something quite new for me. Whether it be through direct coaching on how to tackle a problem, or observing his behaviour directly, I learnt a lot about managing people and stakeholders from Chris.

On a personal note, I found Chris to be extremely empathetic and willing to help me in more areas than just my work. I could rely on his support and felt a genuine sense of caring from Chris.
