So… I just had my "40 Over Forty" photoshoot and let me tell you, I am still feeling high from the experience! As a mother, the entire last decade was dedicated to raising children and contributing to the partnership, family, friends and community. My journey of motherhood transformation has taken centre stage in life and shifted my focus from myself to my children. I have not reflected on my physical appearance, for the most part, I haven’t had a full mirror near and am too busy at times even to brush my hair! I was attracted to this project primarily out of a need to update my decade-old professional image, and upon meeting with Vanessa, was inspired to go all out and glam up for the event. I wanted to get some portraits done to celebrate my 60th year (celebrating all year). I talked 3 girlfriends into doing it with me as they are in their 60th year also. Vanessa supplied champagne, lunch and nibbles and we had an amazing day having our hair and makeup done and then all the costumes! I can’t recommend this enough - we are soooo happy with our photos. No, I do travel to various locations for photo shoots, but this is not available online. Booking, and consult calls, styling sessions and even portrait reveal sessions are available online.
