I highly recommend reaching out to VSMA if you're thinking about purchasing an investment property. My wife and I found the whole process to be very smooth and everyone we dealt with at VSMA (including their partners) were extremely helpful throughout. We appreciated the regular Zoom meetings which helped establish a better relationship and understanding, and we felt comfortable to ask lots of questions, and we did!
