What do you love most about your job?
We love watching people grow in confidence - seeing the penny drop and the student leaving feeling 10 feet tall. We love introducing people to amazing and moving repertoire and then providing them with the technical tools to make its execution even easier. The friendship and camaraderie made along the way is very rewarding also.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have learnt our craft from many famous teachers over the years - both in Australia and overseas - and there is great joy in passing it on. We have both studied music and the performing arts at a tertiary level and via many years as professional performers. Emoting through song heightens the senses and nothing teaches you more! Technique aids ability - allowing the focus to remain on story telling.
Why should our clients choose you?
That's a great question. No one person has all the answers and we both teach differently. We might not be right for everyone - but we will certainly try to help. Knowledge and encouragement are key to success and rapport means we can have a good laugh along the way. We think that's important.
