So I see him once week. He will tell ya straight if what ya eating is good or bad and take your towel he will melt those extra pounds right off. I’ve gone from 102kg to 97kg at moment still losing weight and building muscle mass. Great to work with. More...

After tying the knot in 2011 and moving back to Australia, it was as if someone flicked a switch. Inspired by the sunshine, we traded pub crawls for beach walks, and cheese platters for homemade yoghurt.
