Our first time using them for boarding was amazing. Upon collection of our fur babies they were happy and healthy and seemed to have formed an amazing bond with the lovely staff. We got photos of them on walks while we were on holidays and they looked so happy. Also quite cheap for Sydney boarding. Loved it!! Lots of thanks from Gizmo and Winston. More...

Exceptional service and care for my young Border Collie pup who unfortunately needed a bit more attention with her grooming due to her temperament. Every staff member I met was friendly and it was obvious that they genuinely care about the animals. Every time I come across and injured animal (and I have 3 times. 3rd time today with a stunning Parrot) they, without question give the time and take them in! I called 4 places today for help and I was turned down or asked to find other service. But Parramatta Veterinary Hospital always goes above and beyond! They have had a price increase in there service not sure if it’s because it a franchise? The service was good always and the dog grooming and pet boarding having 2 dogs I have had to move on a a lower price and the same service nice and clean and very professional.
