Verdict catered our wedding (grazing table & canapes) and they were AMAZING! Everyone has commented on the beautiful food. Verdict catered my baby shower recently, and there was not one guest who went hungry! The delicious, colourful and vibrant paella pans were a massive hit and suitable for a variety of guests from those with allergies, vegan and gluten intolerant. Having never dealt with a caterer before, we were daunted by the process of choosing one for our engagement party/surprise wedding. Tim was extremely helpful and informative, and had no dramas about creating a menu for our big day. On the occasion he even offered us platters of food to take with us while we did formal photography, and kept us in the loop as the night progressed - not to mention the fantastic dishes that his crew served through the night.
