What kind of accounting services do you provide?
General taxation services for individuals, plus all corporate and advisory services for business, sole traders, partnerships & trusts + SMSF. We are XERO certified practice with in-house bookkeeping, payroll & superannuation set up in XERO plus conversion from MYOB / Reckon.
What do you love most about your job?
We thrive on helping our clients, are staff are passionate, and committed to our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly, Id had enough of being just a number in a large organisation that was driven by "meeting" budgets at any cost, clients we treated as second rate citizens, everything was about billings, nothing about what is in the best interest of the client. When I established Vault, it was born out of frustration, I wanted to make a difference, help my clients, develop a relationship built on mutual trust, respect and ensure my clients were not disadvantaged by fees.

We provide advice, application assessment, lodge claims, and we have access to 12 insurers based in Australia.
Accountants
We are registered Tax / BAS Agents and chartered accountants, we specialise in servicing the hospitality and Allied Health professions, with business advice, Corporate and Individual Tax, BAS / IAS / Payroll Services (STP), Bookkeeping, 100% XERO Certified, and all forms of taxations services.
Superannuation
Vault is a master certified SMSF Specialist, providing establishment, administration, compliance and full taxation and advice services, in addition to direct retail and industry superannuation advice.
Bookkeeping
We have a team of inhouse bookkeepers, that are 100% XERO Certified in Payroll (STP) plus general ledger and reconciliations management.
