What do you love most about your job?
I love solving problems. I love delving into human behaviour, identifying what makes people tick and then seeing how we can appeal to those motivations in a clever, engaging way. How can we turn those insights into actions? I love it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Back when I was employed, I saw a lot of wastage. Wasting client's money on campaigns which wouldn't make much of a difference. Messaging which wouldn't work, when it got to the pointy end of customer attention. Indifference from colleagues on effectiveness, just 'ticking a box', take the cash and move on to whatever's next. I said to myself, 'this isn't good enough'. So, I did something about it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Some marketers will just roll out the Facebook campaign you want. Others will just want to spend your money, throwing it into the latest fad or trend of the moment. There will be strategists who give you grand ideas backed by high levels of research, but have never been in the trenches to see what *actually* works when the rubber hits the road. They have concepts of customer behaviour which is abstract, high level thinking but not practical in making people buy. They have no intention of seeing campaigns through. Let me be your partner and I will make sure every dollar is spent where it counts, starting with what we can do better with what you already have.
