I paid for my daughter and 4 friends to play in this park, and two of them were told by staff to sit out because their grip socks weren’t urban xtreme brand socks (they were grip socks they had from previously attending a similar venue of a different name).
The kids were only allowed back in to play once I bought them more socks from urban xtreme.

Great experience from entering I made a mistake with booking an was sorted out by supervisor thought I was in Africa with the customer service
Staff on the ground working the different areas were wonderful really make it fun for children safe controlled
Be one of the best places I’ve been too like this
So many staff on the ground to ensure great safe time
