Nate was someone who was really able to take my fitness journey to a level that I had always desired but just didn’t know how to achieve alone.

From goal-setting and accountability to encouraging me every session to overcome my limitations, Nate was the first PT I’ve had who genuinely cared about my journey in fitness and made me feel encouraged every time I doubted my own abilities.

I’ve recommended Nate to many of my friends for his expertise in always making a session fulfilling and enjoyable. From boxing to HIIT to circuit training, every session was well thought out and tailored to achieve my personal goals.

I’d recommend Nate to anyone looking for a PT, even if you’ve had a bad experience previously with PT’s, Nate can change that mindset in just the first session with you. He’s just that guy you want in your corner! Thank you for everything Nate!

I've trained with Nathaniel for over 6 months now and have started gaining strength and losing stubborn fat that I've struggled to lose over the past 2 years - not just that I'm much healthier, fitter, and happier!

Not only has Nate helped me achieve my fitness goals he has gifted me such valuable knowledge on how to live a healthier life outside of the gym. It's safe to say I'm going to use these lessons for the rest of my life.

Had the chance to work with Nate a few times now down at Balmoral Beach and cannot speak higher of his personality and knowledge.

I had a great (and exhausting) time, where I worked through a range of activities for both general fitness, including some boxing and some basketball-specific exercises. He'll make you work but it will be so worth it! Good luck with your future clients Nate - I'll be back for sure :))

I have been on a weight loss journey myself from a young age and have dabbled with many different techniques and tactics.
Through the use of tailored programming, nutritional advice and overall accountability, I will be able to help you reach your weight-loss goals, all I need from you is dedication.



strength is an attributee that requires dedication and consistency to progress with.
My programs are designed and tailored to help an individual build strength and feel powerful whilst doing so.
Whether it be full body strength or specific body area strength, we can work together on continuously progressing.
I use equipment including Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Bands etc.

Looking to increase muscle size? This requires specific programming and proper nutritional advice and intake.
I will provide programs that are tailored to muscle build, as well as working with thee individual on nutritional education and planning.
We will use Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and other equipment to allow for overall muscle build.

Cardio doesn't always have to be as boring as going for a run.
Through the use of equipment, fun exercises and a good attitude, you can improve your overall cardio output.
I will always find out what an individual enjoys doing and make sure to tailor our cardio sessions to that.
Cardio sessions will include weighted equipment, boxing sessions and a large outdoor area.

Boxing is a great way to build cardio endurance and have a great time whilst doing so!
It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert, I look to build my clients boxing technique and stamina through a range of combo's and fun games & challenges.
if you're looking at taking some anger out and benefiting your health, boxing is the way to go.
I have a boxing gloves, so no issue if you don't have already!

Looking to improve and enhance the impact you have in your specific sport?
Being an athlete myself, competing in many different sports (basketball, rugby, tennis, football etc.) as well as having my Strength & conditioning level 1, I can tailor any training session to benefit your performance on the field, court, pool etc.
Programming will be tailored towards your sport and will involve speed training, power training, vertical jump, change of direction, reaction time etc.

I work closely with a certified physiotherapist with all my clients who currently or previously have injuries. Resistance training and proper programming allows for a faster and more effective recovery. It is about long-term benefits with me and I wish to make each client stronger, more flexible and in-touch with their body than they were before injury.
